Texol Grease WD is state-of-the-art lubricant utilizing a complex calcium sulphonate thickening system. Texol Grease WD is a corrosion preventive grease containing cold flow enhancers and temperature resistant additives.

  • Texol Grease WD is specifically designed for application to overhead line conductors operating under high temperature conditions. This is defined by certain standards as meaning temperature up to and including 200°C. It used to be applied during the wire stranding process to steel cored aluminium overhead conductor cables. These cables are likely to have a life-span in excess of 20 years and be subjected to all weather conditions.
  • Texol Grease WD has good low temperature characteristics remaining flexible down to -40°C without ant tendency to crack or flake.

Texol Grease Moly EP 2 is high performance Grease for long-term lubrication of rolling and sliding bearings at high operating temperatures as well as at normal or medium bearing pressures. Texol Grease Moly EP 2 has a dark color due to the molydenum disulphide contained in it. It features an even higher load bearing capacity and good emergency running properties.

Texol Grease PU is an ultra high performance poly alpha olefin based Grease. It is combined with an advanced polyurea thickener, designed to provide low volatility performance and oxidation resistance over an extended service life, at temperatures of up to +200°C and intermittently up to +230°C. Texol Grease PU provides outstanding pumpability in centralised systems, resisting the formation of hard deposits when exposed to radiated heat at temperatures of up to +280°C. It is also highly resistant to softening at elevated temperatures, providing optimum wear and corrosion wear and corrosion protection with excellent sealing performance.

  • Recommended for a wide range of industrial applications where continuous temperatures of up to +200°C are present, or where intermittent temperatures of up to +230°C are possible. Will not harden when exposed to radiated heat of up to +280°C in centralised lubrication systems.
